The City of Hamilton is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills online.

Select a payment option above; on the next screen you will need to enter an account number and last name on the account and search invoices; then select the invoice you wish to process payment; finally select add selected invoices to cart for one time payment or register selected invoices to sign up for additional options such as paperless billing and AutoPay.

***If your bill has a Disconnect Message then payments made on UtilityPay “after the due date” may not stop disconnection, nor will they qualify your account for re-connection until the required payments and fees are posted to your account.  All arrangements to make a payment after your due date must be made through a Customer Service Representative.  Making a scheduled Payment does not guarantee service.***
