The Town of Hanover is pleased to offer our customers a convenient and secure online bill payment option for certain municipal services. There is no fee for e-checks; credit card payments will include a convenience fee. The fee for a credit card transaction will be 2.99% of your total transaction amount with a minimum fee of $2.95.

Account Numbers Required to Access Your Bills:

Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal
= PIN and VIN numbers from your renewal notice.
 
Real Estate Property Tax = Map-Lot-Block from your bill (e.g., 34-4-1)

Water/Sewer Utility Bill = Utility Account Number from your bill (e.g., U1234; 9123)

Account Registration & Management:
While searching for your bill, you will be provided with the option to "Register Selected Invoices". You will enter your email address and password to complete this process. Your new login credentials will allow you to access your invoices for each account online so you may pay your bill through a secure portal, store your payment information, set up automatic payments, as well as review your bill history.
At this time, a separate online account must be created for each of the separate bill types.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
