Macon, Georgia's Macon Water Authority, offers its customers an easy and convenient method of viewing and paying their bills online for water, sewer, and stormwater utility services

This is a fee-based service. The fee is charged for the convenience of using a credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo. There is no fee for an e-check payment for any type of bill. The fee for a residential customer is $2.75 and for a non-residential customer is 2.75% of the amount paid with a minimum of $2.75.

If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
