To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
