The City of New Bedford is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate, personal property, Residential water/sewer and Commercial water/sewer use bills online.

Accepting PayPal products and Venmo!

This is a fee-based service. For TAX payments, a service fee of 2.95% with a minimum of $1.95 will be applied to all payments made with credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo.  There is no fee for ACH/e-check payments.

Residential WATER/SEWER payments reflect the new service fee of 2.95% with a $3.95 minimum payment
 that will be applied to all payments made with credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo.

For Commercial WATER/SEWER payments, a service fee of $16.95 will be applied to all payments made with credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo.

There is no charge for WATER/SEWER 
ACH/e-check payments.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
