Parker Water & Sanitation District is excited to offer customers an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water/sewer invoices online. Payments can also be made online for hydrant deposits, tap fees, and re-inspection fees.
You may also make a payment by phone or check your
account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call 844-793-0776.
Water/Sewer utility bill charges paid by electronic check do not incur a service fee. A $0.70 service fee will apply to hydrant deposits, tap fees, and meter re-inspection fees paid by electronic check. For both utility bill payments and deposit/fee/inspection payments, a $4.50 service fee will apply to all other transaction types (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).

If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
