REINSTATEMENT OF INTEREST AND LATE FEES
Effective January 2022, Providence Water will be reinstating late fees and interest/penalty charges on past due balances. To avoid being assessed late fee and interest/penalty charges, payment in full must be made to your account. If you are unable to meet your payment obligations in full, we suggest contacting Customer Service at 401-521-5070.
Please Note: There is a maximum credit card payment amount of $300.00 for Residential Water payments and $700.00 for Commercial Water payments.

Call 866-889-2683 to pay by check or to make a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover payment using the automated voice response system. Please have your bank account number or credit card number and your Providence Water account number available.
The automated system is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Your account will be updated to show the payment information and your new balance within 2 business days.
