The Town of Reading is excited to offer bill paying online with Invoice Cloud.

This is a fee-based service, and it will take three business days to process your payment.
The following fees will apply based on your payment method: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal products, and Venmo - 2.99% of the total payment amount.
Bank debit cards are processed as credit cards, and the 2.99% will apply to the total payment amount.
Utility Credit/Debit Card Fees are $9.95  with a cap of $1,000 per transaction. E-Check - $0.40 per transaction.
Pay by Phone - $0.95 per transaction in addition to the other fees.

Please Note: American Express is not accepted for Water/Utility payments.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
