The City of Roslyn is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online. This is a fee based service. You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Please call (844) 525-0064.
For utility bill payments a convenience fee of $3.95 will be applied to all credit card transactions. For non-utility payments a convenience fee of 3.00% or $1.95 will be applied to all credit card transactions. Your card will be charged the higher amount. Electronic check (ACH/EFT) payments will be charged a service fee of $0.95.

If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
