- If you have paid your bill and the Past Due message in Red shows up under Invoice. Please ignore as there may be a time delay before the current bill is loaded then the Past Due message will be removed.**- You may make a One Time Payment that will process today in Invoice Cloud. Payments may take one to two business days before they are applied to your billing account. Please keep in mind that a late fee may be assessed if payments are not transferred the same day.
If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.

To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date.
