Licking Regional Water District is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to pay their bills online.

You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (877) 314-2480. A service fee of $2.95 or 2.95% of the payment amount, whichever is applicable. In addition to this, a surge fee of $0.95 is applied.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of 2.95% or $2.95 (min) will be applied to Credit card payments. The maximum payment allowed is $125000.00. If you wish to pay more than this amount, you may make multiple credit card payments or make the entire payment via electronic check. Contact Customer Service at 740-927-0410 to sign up for ACH.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Good news for our customers!
Starting March 3, 2026, we?re updating our credit/debit card payment fee structure to offer more flexibility and convenience.

Credit and debit card payments will now be assessed a 2.95% processing fee, with a $2.95 minimum, replacing the previous flat fee. Even better, this update eliminates the $250 payment limit, allowing you to pay larger balances in one easy transaction.
