The City of Syracuse is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Water Bill, Property Tax and Parking Tickets online.

24 HOUR PHONE PAYMENT LINE:
Make a payment on our 24 automated phone payment line for Water and Parking Tickets by calling (315) 990-9200.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

For Water Bills, there is a flat rate fee of $3.95 for any transaction using a credit card with a maximum payment allowance of $500.
For Parking Tickets, Property Tax, BAA, and Dog Control there is a percentage rate of 2.95% with a minimum charge of $1.95.

You may also choose to pay by E-Check, which uses your bank account and routing number.
There is a flat rate of $1.25 for paying with E-Check with no maximum allowance for Water Bills, Parking Tickets, Property Tax, BAA, and Dog Control.

If you pay via our 24 hour automated phone payment line, you will be assessed an additional $0.75 fee on top of the aforementioned service fees.

OTHER FEES:
Please note that a failure of an E-Check payment will result in a fee of $2.50.
A Credit Card Chargeback will be assessed a fee of $5.00.
