Pay or View Bills

The fee to use your credit card, PayPal products and Venmo is $5.75 with a max transaction amount of $400. If your amount is greater than $400, please run another transaction or simply pay using an electronic check (ACH), which is only $0.40 with no cap.

The Town of Brewster is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their WATER use bills online.

Due to a software upgrade to improve the customer experience, there has been a change in the account numbers we use.

Registered users will have to register their new account using the same email address and password they used on their old account. The accounts will link and you will be able to see your current balance and your previous account information in your customer portal. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
