The Town of Salem is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate and utility bills online. 

Please Note:  Bills older than 2 years will not be presented online. The standard retention period is 24 months.  Please call the respective department for questions regarding bills that may not appear here.

If you experience any issues retrieving your invoice, please see "Click here for help finding your invoice" when searching for your invoice for help in how to access your account.  If you are registered, please select "Sign In" above right and enter your email and password.

There is no service fee to pay online with e-check. The fee for a debit/credit card payment for your property tax bill is 2.95% with a minimum of $1.00.  The fee for a utility debit/credit card payment is $4.95 per transaction with a maximum cap of $250.00.  There will be a service charge of $4.95 for every $250.00 increment; no maximum daily amount.  These fees are non-refundable and are not collected by the town or paid to the town.  The Town of Salem receives only your bill payment amount.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
