York Water District is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their bills online: utility and miscellaneous payment (inventory, stand-by calls, etc.)

For First time Registration: You will need your Account Number and Customer ID Number (CID) these can be located on your utility bill.

  1. Click on the Utilities Button:  Enter your Account Number and Customer ID
  2. Search Invoices
  3. Select your current bill
  4. Click on Register Selected Invoices
  5. Your Acct Number will default in, you will add your email address and unique password
  6. Click Complete

You’re now able to view bills · Pay with a credit/debit card or e-check · Schedule one-time or automatic payments · Enroll in paperless billing · Get email reminders · Sign up to receive text alerts with Pay by Text.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Please note: For Credit/Debit card payments, there is a 3.95% ($3.95 minimum) service fee based on the dollar amount. For ACH/EFT (e-check) payments, there is a fee of $1.95 (Please note that you will need the routing & account number located at the bottom of your check).
